Jenny understands that the most valuable ROI for her work is a client’s peace of mind. She develops the strategy for every project and oversees its trajectory to ensure a smooth process—always with a focus on meeting client goals, easing their decision-making, and being efficient with their time.
As a certified Construction Manager, licensed architect and women-owned business leader, Jenny has over 20 years of hands-on experience with and expertise in all parts of the design and construction process. She has managed over $500M in construction and, since forming Jenny Rios Home, has been entrusted with another $600M+ in projects.
Drawing on this comprehensive background, Jenny has the perspective and technical knowledge to mitigate risk and prevent problems from the start. She is highly responsive, organized, team-oriented, and adept at identifying and solving for root cause issues. With a career-long dedication to improving the process, Jenny focuses her energy where she can make the most impact on overall project success.
Jazmine Widing
Senior Project Manager + Company Operations
Since joining JRH in 2018, Jazmine has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s project management systems, operational standards, and client experience. As both a Senior Project Manager and Operations Lead, she oversees all aspects of project setup and execution, serving as the first point of contact for every client and ensuring that each project begins with clarity, structure, and momentum.
Jazmine brings exceptional skill in executive-level communication, reporting, and coordination across disciplines. She leads the JRH team in managing budgets, developing schedules, and maintaining consistency across projects, while continually refining the systems that support the firm’s growth and efficiency. Her deep understanding of construction, honed through years working with her father’s construction company, grounds her approach in both precision and practicality.
Jazmine earned her BSBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from University of San Francisco.
Mia Bonifazi
Assistant Project Manager + Standards Lead
Mia is a team-oriented professional who brings business management acumen, strong communication skills, and a passion for collaboration to every project.
As JRH’s Standards Lead, she works with Jazmine to oversee quality assurance and quality control across all firm platforms and processes, ensuring that our systems, deliverables, and project execution meet the highest standards of precision and consistency. She has hands-on experience coordinating with builders and resolving challenges during active construction. She is proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, driven to equip the JRH team with the clarity and organization needed to deliver exceptional service and results.
Mia studied Biology at the University of San Francisco before earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, where she also competed in NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer.
Emily Green
Assistant Project Manager
Emily brings a foundation in civil engineering and large-scale infrastructure project management to her role at JRH. Before joining JRH, she worked with Kraemer North America and Burns & McDonnell, where she helped manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects totaling over $300M. Her experience spans structural design, cost analysis, and field coordination, skills that translate seamlessly into high-end residential construction.
With a background rooted in precision and process, Emily is passionate about organization, communication, and quality control. She has a proven ability to streamline workflows, consolidate data, and ensure alignment across diverse teams. Her proactive approach helps projects stay efficient, transparent, and on track from pre-construction through completion.
Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, graduating summa cum laude.
Veronica Schaffer
Project Administrator
Veronica supports the JRH team as a Project Administrator, driving organization across our portfolio of high-end residential projects. She brings a strong foundation in operations, client management, and workflow optimization, with experience leading project launches, managing vendor relationships, and implementing collaborative systems that keep teams aligned and projects on track.
Calm, proactive, and highly organized, Veronica plays a pivotal role in maintaining project flow and supporting both the internal team and our clients with clarity and efficiency. A former NCAA Division I beach volleyball athlete, she thrives in dynamic, team-oriented environments that value focus, accountability, and teamwork.
Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s in Education from Colorado Christian University.
Marco Barajas
Project Finance & Accounting
Marco is our project finance backbone. His financial acuity provides clients with an accurate and comprehensive view of their project accounting, and the cost projections and tracking information they need to plan and make decisions. With nuanced analyses and sophisticated financial management tools, Marco offers clients real-time access to reporting that is presented in executive summary and detailed formats. He is equally able to make bookkeeping complexities understandable, distilling things down to layman’s terms in a balanced and accessible way. Marco has been with JRH since the beginning. He earned his BSBA in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
