Jenny understands that the most valuable ROI for her work is a client’s peace of mind. She develops the strategy for every project and oversees its trajectory to ensure a smooth process—always with a focus on meeting client goals, easing their decision-making, and being efficient with their time.

As a certified Construction Manager, licensed architect and women-owned business leader, Jenny has over 20 years of hands-on experience with and expertise in all parts of the design and construction process. She has managed over $500M in construction and, since forming Jenny Rios Home, has been entrusted with another $300M+ in projects.

Drawing on this comprehensive background, Jenny has the perspective and technical knowledge to mitigate risk and prevent problems from the start. She is highly responsive, organized, team-oriented, and adept at identifying and solving for root cause issues. With a career-long dedication to improving the process, Jenny focuses her energy where she can make the most impact on overall project success.


Jazmine Kelleher Widing

Senior Project Manager + Company Operations

Jazmine serves as the primary point of contact for the start of every project. She has been instrumental in designing our highly sophisticated organizational systems and leads us in setting up each project for success, ensuring an efficient flow of information for the whole team. Her eye for detail, strong relationship management and desire for efficiency are huge assets to our clients’ projects. Jazmine continually improves our operations and work environment, drawing from her early career experience working with her family’s construction company. She earned her BSBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from University of San Francisco.

Francesca Calderon

Project Manager

Francesca has worked at all levels of construction project management for luxury estates and residences. She serves as our primary point of contact for all Bay Area projects and takes the lead at setting up all JRH project schedules. Her astute knowledge of jobsite field conditions helps to mitigate issues in the planning and preconstruction phases. She is a natural problem-solver and enjoys the challenges and fulfillment of facilitating a smooth design and building process. A Bay Area native, Francesca earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Duke University.

Mia Bonifazi

Assistant Project Manager

Mia is a team-oriented professional who brings business management acumen and a passion for collaboration to benefit our work together and with clients and colleagues. She is proactive, adaptable, resourceful and thorough, and driven to ensure that the JRH team has what we need to exceed the highest standards for service and work product. Mia studied Biology at University of San Francisco, then earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of California San Diego, where she played NCAA Division 1 Women’s Soccer.

Cassidy Cheesman

Assistant Project Manager

Cassidy brings a unique background in engineering, research, and product development to her role as an Assistant Project Manager at JRH. She supports project planning, coordination, and schedule management across a range of residential projects. Her hands-on experience with collaborative problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and data-driven design enhances her ability to anticipate challenges and streamline the building process. A former NCAA Division I track and field captain, Cassidy thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving projects to successful outcomes. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Information Science from Cornell University, with a minor in Asian Studies.

Veronica Schaffer

Project Administrator

Veronica supports the JRH team as a Project Administrator, helping to drive communication, organization, and schedule management across our portfolio of residential projects. She brings a strong background in operations, client management, and workflow optimization, with experience leading project launches, managing vendor relationships, and building collaborative systems. Calm, proactive, and highly organized, Veronica plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly and supporting both the internal team and our clients. A former NCAA Division I beach volleyball athlete, Veronica thrives in dynamic, team-oriented environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s in Education from Colorado Christian University.

Marco Barajas

Project Finance & Accounting

Marco is our project finance backbone. His financial acuity provides clients with an accurate and comprehensive view of their project accounting, and the cost projections and tracking information they need to plan and make decisions. With nuanced analyses and sophisticated financial management tools, Marco offers clients real-time access to reporting that is presented in executive summary and detailed formats. He is equally able to make bookkeeping complexities understandable, distilling things down to layman’s terms in a balanced and accessible way. Marco has been with JRH since the beginning. He earned his BSBA in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
